## Hallo Token Governance

Governance for the Hallo Token will be done via the creation of an open-source entity called, **"Hallo Foundation"**. See [Mozilla Foundation](https://foundation.mozilla.org/en/) for parallel example.&#x20;

The purpose of creating Hallo Coin is to expand the Hallo Helper ecosystem in both Web2 and Web3 realms.
