Hallo Token Governance
Governance for the Hallo Token will be done via the creation of an open-source entity called, "Hallo Foundation". See Mozilla Foundation for parallel example.
The purpose of creating Hallo Coin is to expand the Hallo Helper ecosystem in both Web2 and Web3 realms.
